Pilates Online

Every Monday 5:30 - 6pm on Microsoft Teams. 

One of our Instructors Savannah will guide you through a 30 minute Pilates session from the comfort of your home or work space!

This class focuses on improving:

  • Core Strength
  • Mobility and Flexibility
  • Mental Wellbeing
  • Stress Management and Relaxation

Every Wednesday afternoon at Carlisle Sports Centre, Fusehill St there are a range of Sports Activities available including Racket Sports, Football and Basketball.
